Based in South Asheville, NC, Lawrence Farber is a clinical therapist specializing in empathetic counseling of adolescents and young adults with expertise in substance abuse and recovery issues.
Larry focuses on healing the entire person. With over 20 years experience in clinical psychotherapy and 22 years of Sivananda yoga instruction, plus studies in medicine and nutrition, Larry brings a unique background to his work. In addition to private practice, Larry has worked at three wilderness therapy programs, helping adolescents with substance abuse issues at SUWS of the Carolinas, Four Circles Recovery Center, and Trails of the Carolinas in Lake Toxaway.
